Clearing. Forming. Continuing.

A project does not move in three tidy stages. It clears, forms, and continues.

Clearing

You notice what matters and make room around it. Sometimes this means naming the real question. Sometimes it means setting aside a good idea that does not belong here.

Forming

You give the idea a shape that you and other people can recognize: a phrase, an image, a page, an offer, a system, or something you have not named yet.

Continuing

You decide what the work needs in order to keep moving without becoming rigid. You can strengthen a pattern, change it, or carry it into another form.

The ing matters. Each word names something happening, not a condition you reach once and keep forever.

The work stays alive because you can return to any of the three.
